Programme Director * Senior Programme Manager - Bracknell * South East * London. My client are one of the largest and most respected outsourcing organisations in the UK. Due to continued expansion of one of there major accounts, they are looking to recruit a dynamic programme director to manage a period of continuing change and development of a large outsourced service. You will need to be a seasoned programme director, with in-depth experience of managing complex infrastructure outsource programmes. My client will expect you to be able to manage a technically diverse range of programmes and you will need to be highly interactive with the end client as well as political (when needed) , diplomatic, a fire fighter, and all round enforcer of quality standards and consistent delivery. This is a significant piece of business with a total project value of c140million therefore we are looking for a leader, exceptional people manager , a customer service expert and someone who can handle large budgets, programmes of work and numbers of people (+100). You will ideally be MBA and will have at least 3 years + of programme management
